IT Support Engineer

Job description

The IT Support Engineer is the first point of contact in our technical support chain. In this role, you will work both from our lab and on-site at customer locations — managing equipment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that offers fast, real-world experience in an MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain an up-to-date inventory of customer equipment
  • Organize the computer lab and handle daily equipment preparation and configuration tasks (initial setup, application installation, firmware and driver updates)
  • Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, for the resolution of IT issues

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications (TEI/AEI or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software (architecture, OS installation, hardware troubleshooting)
